In 1995, we started Webshots as a retail photo screensaver company, empowering computer owners to customize their blank desktops with colorful photo wallpapers and screensavers. Within a few years, Webshots had become the largest public photo sharing site, with over a million photos uploaded per day at its peak. As photo sharing has evolved over the years, Webshots has evolved as well. Many of us have hundreds, if not thousands, of photos stored in multiple places and on multiple devices. Smile starts by gathering your photos into one place, importing from services like Instagram, Facebook and Flickr, as well as all of the devices where you store images: phones, computers, cameras.

Responsibilities:

- Own the product roadmap.

- Define features and functionalities based on engagement metrics, analytic data and research.

- Conversion optimization for subscription service.

- Glue between engineering, marketing, founders to turn requirements into actual products.

- Project manage sprints.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 5+ years in product management.

- Experience shipping products in the mobile and consumer web.

- Track record of managing products that are used by millions of users.

- 2+ years managining a subscription or SaaS service.

- Advanced analytical skills.

- Deadline driven approach to shipping products.
