Product Manager Cyberknife Systems (Imaging and Motion Management) (Sunnyvale, CA, USA, North America)

Responsibilities:

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

- Define the product strategy and road map.

- Deliver market and product requirements with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

- Work with strategic portfolio management for product development approvals.

- Drive a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Product Marketing) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.

- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.

- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.

- Select and support beta and/or pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.

- Be an expert with respect to the competition.

- Act as a leader within the company.

- Required experience and knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager in the radiation oncology community preferred.

- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.

- 10+ years of experience in a job in the medical device industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

- Clinical or technical background, with experience in radiation therapy or radiosurgey a plus.

- Excellent teamwork skills.

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

- Must be able to travel 25-40% of the time.
