Responsibilities:

In your role as product manager you will formulate the product strategy for the collection and drive its implementation. To achieve this, you will be working closely with members of the global functional Leadership Team and agreeing with them on the strategies to adopt. This involves briefing our Design team and colleagues in Product Development as well as defining priorities. As Gore’s point of contact for our premium brand you will be responsible for ensuring the „fitness for use“ of our outfit systems, setting prices and providing inputs into new developments. Further areas of responsibility include driving product optimization, organizing product launches and taking charge of life-cycle management.


Qualifications & Skills:

- Relevant studies in the field of business or technology, ideally with a particular focus on product management.

- At least 5 years professional experience in the sports apparel industry.

- Proven track record in product management and life-cycle management.

- Technical know-how, combined with a pronounced problem solving orientation.

- The ability to make independent decisions that allow for rapid response.

- Self-confident team player.

- An assertive presence and strong communication skills.

- Well-versed in the application of MS Office software.

- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
