Product Manager (Shanghai, China, Asia)

Responsibilities:

- Perform a range of activities to effectively marketing assigned products, such as conducting market research, overseeing product development and design, setting price, launching new products, and monitoring sales performance.

- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product.

- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer.

- Development of marketing strategies and plans for the products responsible.

- National Marketing Campaign.

- Medical support for assigned product , slides and other academic document preparing for speakers ‘s and education Align with the strategy.

- Design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product strategy that are effective and appropriate for the target audience.

- Develop career and development plan for subordinates.

- Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager.

- Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor or master Degree in Health/Science disciplines.

- MBA in Marketing will be a plus.

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

- Good command of MS office software application.

- Product & marketing expertise.

- Multi-national companies experience at managerial level for at least 5years.

- At least 8 years’ experience in healthcare industry.

- At least 5 years’ experience in product management.

- Marketing and business development experience will be a plus.
