Responsibilities:

- Marketability of the product portfolio, automation technology platform to ensure 'and continuously optimize.

- Responsibility for the implementation of the product strategy of the product portfolio.

- Market and competitive analysis to perform and create business plan.

- Requirements for the chosen market power derived variant.

- Creating a "Requirements for Concept" catalog (specifications).

- Development of systematic market testing plan for new developments.

- Analysis of the current market trends, clarification and pursuit of customer needs, initiating the marketing initiatives.

- Training the market organization in respect of the products, monitoring of market performances.

- Communication of news and updates of the product portfolio.

- Coordination of the product portfolio and marketing activities with the various business units, field offices and the Customer Service.

- Monitoring costs under the given budget.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Study (FH / Uni) in industrial engineering or electrical engineering with business management training.

- Several years of experience in product management in an international group.

- Independent and focused approach.

- Initiative and persistence, even under time pressure.

- Innovative, solution-oriented and highly communicative personality.

- Very good German and English, other languages ??are desirable.
