Responsibilities:

The Product Manager, Network Marketing has specific accountability for building network advocacy across Optus staff, customers and the market. Inherent in delivering network advocacy is the ability to deliver a Network that provides customers with an excellent experience and to ensure that non-customers are aware of just how good that experience is. The experience ownership extends end to end across Network to the interaction that a customer has when there is a service problem.

The role also plays a key part in improving network perception in the market, specifically responsible for the streamlining of information to drive Network Advocacy. The accountability extends to owning the relationship and coordination with the Network and Operations Teams ensuring timely delivery of Network information. In addition the Product Manager, Network Marketing is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of activities identified within the Network Advocacy Program.

Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for a highly motived, energetic and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude to contribute to the success of the team. In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate previous product or development experience in a Telecommunications, IT or Financial Services organisation coupled with a strong understanding of technologies. Superior commercial acumen and high degree of financial competence (including the ability to review complex business case models) is also required for this role.
