Responsibilities:

- To develop product marketing strategic plan in assigned specialty. Responsible for tactical and operational planning, organizing, executing and monitoring of marketing plans to achieve both short and long-term financial objectives and business growth.

- Discover the insights, and define the key influence factors.

- Work closely with sales team and prof-ed team to build up the systematic academic platform to enhance the KOL endorsement.

- Lead and execute marketing program, such as conference, workshops and road shows to build up awareness in an efficient way.

- Proactively push the clinical data generation & application.

- Create effective strategy and tactics on responsible product portfolio.

- Provide regular trainings to the sales team on products and procedures for assigned specialty.

- Develop supporting materials such as brochures, selling aids, posters, and newsletters.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Medical education background preferred.

- Marketing experience 1-2yrsh is preferred.

- Understand Homeostasis and Biologics industry preferred.

- Good English oral and written communication.
