Product Manager - Casino (Northern England, UK, Europe)

Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing the product roadmap for developments of the Casino.

- Working with internal teams (especially IT) to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service.

- Delivery of the developments and enhancements, especially after releases.

- Monitoring competitor activity – product functionality and promotions.

- Optimization of casino games.

- Scheduling of promotions (both network and local), events etc.

- Working with Marketing to increase and maintain customer loyalty.

- Work with Content Manager and UX teams to deliver a good user experience.

- Interaction with customers to get feedback on the product and promotions.

- Ensuring that the Customer Care team are aware of and understand product changes.

- Managing and developing the Casino Product Executive.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Vast experience of managing and developing a reputable casino product.

- Good communication skills and influencing others.

- Focus on delivery, attention to detail, planning and organisation.
