Product Manager - Microsoft Studios (Twycross, UK, Europe)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and define product positioning, product advocacy and messaging.

- Create go-to-market strategies in conjunction with Microsoft’s Marketing teams and the Product Delivery Manager.

- Devise strategies for customer acquisition, retention and conversion through intensive analysis of the data before and after services go live and defining the data that is collected.

- Working closely with the production teams, set strategic direction of products and to build features that maximise the game’s virality, engagement and monetization. Install and pull the levers that drive the business of the team.

- Recruiting, managing, developing and mentoring a high performing team.

Qualifications & Skills:

- A proven and successful background in Marketing or Product Management is essential.

- Previous experience in e-commerce, social or online games, or mobile services is also an important part of this role.

- Experience with a variety of customer acquisition methods, business models and methods of monetisation - showing evidence of creating plans for monetisation and reacting quickly to adapt these plans to maximise revenue.

- Essential is experience of creating strategies throughout the lifecycle of a product, with proven success driving consumer uptake and revenue increase.

- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent business acumen.

- Drive and an entrepreneurial mind-set driving customer focused innovation.

- Excellent communications skills at all levels of the organisation combined with effective cross group collaboration.

- Experience of working on multiple products simultaneously.
