Product Manager - Office 365 (Bucharest, Romania, Europe)

Responsibilities:

- Serve as key product evangelist internally, with customers, partners and broader industry groups.

- Define appropriate market mix and build plans that span the marketing mix, including channel strategy, public relations, advertising, messaging, etc. Product marketing plans will include key business objectives, strategies and tactics for implementation.

- Responsible for the achievement of revenue, license and revenue per license targets by follow up and group orchestration strategies.

- Responsible for the completion of business planning activities for input to Sub Review, and annual business plans.

- Measuring and analyzing results against plan and ensuring timely and accurate reporting against plan.

- Develop and execute promotional plans (with marcom), with and through Partners, in conjunction with customer groups.

- Understanding and using all Microsoft financial tools pertinent to the business. Will be required to analyze business trend and identify opportunities and refine business plans according to market dynamics.

- Responsible for dealing with media and press in relation to product and technology issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

- +4 years of related experience.

- Exceptional critical thinking skills and top-tier problem-solving skills.

- Ability to think strategically about technology and its business implications.

- Achieve results despite ambiguity.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Work well in cross-group collaborative situations.

- Experience managing and being responsible for budget, revenue, pipeline, business planning, analysis.

- + 3 years of demonstrated experience in presales, product management, technical project manager, consulting, business model development, business development, or business management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology.

- very good English and Romanian language skills.
