Responsibilities:

- Management of the product portfolio in the field of Technical Lifestyle Products over its entire life cycle.

- Ensuring the profitability of the product portfolio verantworteten.

- Ongoing review of the product portfolio to target achievement (sales, contribution margin, product quality, market positioning) and initiation of necessary measures deviations from the objective.

- Engaging in product improvements.

- Formulation of requirement for new product developments.

- Development and implementation of market concepts.

- Implementation of target groups, competitive and trend analysis
Making.

- Work closely with marketing to joint campaigns.

- Imagine attending meetings with key strategic customers with new product lines and innovations in that area and sell.

- Preparation of information material and training materials.

- Training of sales staff and conducting product briefings.

- Close cooperation and coordination with the sales, marketing (communication), Research & Development and Controlling.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Successfully completed a university degree with economic or technical focus (eg Industrial Engineering, Business Administration) - also a design study.

- At least five years of international experience as a product manager, preferably in the fields of technical consumer goods and lifestyle products.

- Proven track record in product management campaigns and innovations.

- Excellent command of methods and tools in product management.

- Design and lifestyle affinity.

- Very good German and English skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- High degree of initiative and personal responsibility.

- Outstanding flexibility and strength of conviction and high load.

- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.

- Very good rhetorical skills both internally and moderator between the various stakeholders and externally to key customers.

- Willingness to travel.
