Responsibilities:

- Define and implement standard processes and tools of Product Management.

- Ensure the consistent and continuous use of all product management tools in the department.

- Create and maintain a database for product specific requirements.

- Trend analysis and derivation of measures.

- Market research for not existing product areas including national and international market trends, customer behavior and activities of the competition.

- Development of concepts for developing new product ranges.

- Design requirements specifications for new products with a focus on the European and the U.S. market.

- Initiation, development and implementation of concepts for new product launches in close consultation with all relevant divisions.

- Training of the sales teams for new products.

- Develop information and training brochures.

- Coordination between sales, marketing, R & D and Controlling.

- Support the Vice President of Brand Portfolio Management.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Successfully completed technical or commercial university degree (eg industrial engineering).

- Three years of international experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the automotive and technical consumer goods.

- Control of product management methods and tools.

- Very good rhetorical skills both internally and moderator between the various stakeholders and externally to key customers.
- Affinity for lifestyle and designer products.

- Very good German and English skills.

- Structured, analytical way of working, strong goal orientation.
