Product Manager, Win8 Client Solution Team (Redmond, WA, USA, North America)

Responsibilities:

- Own all-up business strategy for Client Solutions business.

- Develop the Client Solutions business plan.

- Use superb analytics skills to identify, prioritize, frame and solve complex business problems.

- Drive exceptional analytics to provide clarity on business drivers; develop hypothesis in the absence of complete data and spin off efforts to prove or disprove hypothesis.

- Drive rhythm of business activities.

- Perform executive briefings, speaking at internal and external conferences.

- Drive alignment between Consulting, Enterprise Strategy and Premier that energize WW Services to impact the Client business. Collaborate with the Enterprise Partner Group, Business Groups, (Windows Client, Office, Server and Tools Business), and Services Communities.

- Manage multiple work-streams in a dynamic, intense, fast paced, results-oriented environment.

- Effectiveness in managing through ambiguity and driving results.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 5+ years of product management, product marketing, brand management, or management consulting experience.

- Experience working with or selling to enterprise customers and partners.

- Strong leadership, influence , partnering and collaborative skills.

- Strong analytical skills, demonstrated experience in project management, and strong cross-group collaboration skills are all needed for this position, as you will work across multiple teams both within the division and across Microsoft.

- Strong problem solving ability ranging from conceptualization to quantitative and modeling fluency.

- Strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land insights.

- Strong experience with Windows and related technologies a plus.
