Responsibilities:

- Technical Content- Drive the development of core product BOM including content, tools and demos to support the Go To Market strategy through the field and Microsoft partners.

- Technical Readiness and Enablement - drive technical readiness and enablement of the Microsoft and Partner technical communities.

- Depth Customer Engagement - support the field and partners in sales and marketing activities to drive adoption of our products and solution. Capture customer feedback and integrate into product planning process.

- Technical Compete - analyze our position (SWOT) relative to key competitors through combination of competitive research and product teardowns. Influence competitive product strategy and develop competitive materials for partners and the field, and define/manage competitive escalation process. Drive the marketing benchmarking strategy.

- Thought Leadership - drive industry and customer perception via participation in analyst relations, direct customer & partner engagement, Industry events and broad community outreach including our blog, web, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2+ years of product management and/or product planning experience.

- BA/BS in a business, design and or technology field.

- Storytelling skills.

- Deep passion for technology and business analytics.

- Experience in the database industry is strongly desired.
