Product Manager - Sports betting (Sofia, Bulgaria, Europe)

Responsibilities:

- Self-dependent management of complex strategic projects up to 2000 PDs.

- Setup and coordination of projects within bwin.party according to the Project Management standard processes.

- Selection of an adequate "Execution Model" according to bwin.party's standards has to be applied (agile production / hard deadline / fully agile).

- Perform project controlling measures on a regular basis.

- Lead, manage and support the project teams in your role as a (Project) Manager.

- Support in the implementation of selected software solution concepts in close collaboration with the respective IT team.

- Performance control and analysis of effects of the project deliverables.

- Educate, consult teach others in regards to project management methods improving them from a junior to a senior level.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong project management skills and experience in working in internationally distributed virtual teams.

- Proven track record for successful project management, approximately >5 years practical experience.

- High level of technical understanding as educational background.

- Good level of experience in requirements engineering.

- Interest and awareness for our Sports product.

- Excellent analytical skills as well as process understanding.

- Strong moderation and presentation skills.

- Good writing skills - convey the message in the shortest possible way to communicate information effectively to customers, managers and technical staff.

- Communication skills - to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information.

- Excellent English skills in both written and verbal format.

- Pragmatic thinking, excellent networker and a high degree of attention to detail.

- Good ability to cope with different characters of people.

- Ability to work under pressure, dealing with ambitious timelines.
