Responsibilities:

Documentation: business cases, opportunity Assessment, scope document, PRD, dependancy checklist Discovery: prototyping, specing, user testing Development and ownership of the roadmap of your area. The product roadmap is created by collecting, analyzing and supporting prioritization of projects based on customer, business needs and market/tech requirements for all channels, determining the product effort and negotiating the launch timeframes with project management and development teams Development, monitoring and improving KPIs of your product and features. Monitoring of product and feature performance and quality, optimization or instant problem solving. Regularly conducting and publishing of market intelligence and competitive analysis on your product area’s position in the market, identifying areas of opportunity, change and improvement

Ensuring that all affiliate product works are embedded in the overall platform, which it is deeply connected with. Accompany development, QA, UAT Communication On own projects within team Business-facing communication contact Collection and generation of new product ideas, enhancements to existing products and collate requests from both internal and external requestors, as well as users and the affiliate community Selects and maintenance of external relations with vendors required for product development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven online product management experience within an online gaming environment, particularly within Affiliate Management, online media, Search / SEO and ad serving. Scope of management and subject matter knowledge key for online affiliate systems, which also includes bonus programs, promotions, loyalty, cashier, online media as well as player acquisition and retention features.Ability to create business cases, detailed functional specifications and wire frames, with an excellent track record of developing, launching, and marketing online products.A broad and comprehensive understanding is required of the technical area as well as a good understanding of product development processes and concepts.Experience in both waterfall and agile development methodologies like scrum is needed.Understanding of software development processes are essential.Experience in player journey/user experience and web/software user interface development.Good communication, organizational, cross-team leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills.Data-driven and detail-orientated with good analytical, problem-solving skills.Ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats.Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams and to internalize new processes and developments in a highly dynamic industry

Good understanding of other functional areas in the business such as finance, marketing,
